TJK Property Maintenance Inc. is a locally owned & operated company established in 2015 by owner/operator Trevor Kalmbach. Trevor
was raised in Cochrane and helped manage a local insurance office for the last 10 years where he learned communication coupled
with great customer service is the most important aspect of business relations.
With a variety of high quality equipment at our disposal, TJK has the ability to complete many tasks associated with maintaining a properties appearance. We offer maintenance packages for residential, acreage and commercial properties that can be tailored to suit any individuals needs. TJK offers lawn care packages that ensure our clients lawns bounce back from our harsh winters and remain green all summer with services such as core aeration, power raking, fertilizing and weekly/bi-weekly mowing. Our commercial mowers help tackle larger commercial sites as well as acreages up to 5 acres. Other services include hedge/tree pruning, small scale chainsaw work, wood mulch installation, spot weed treatments, garden bed blowouts/maintenance, rough cut mowing, brush trimming as well as snow clearing.
